just seen an old map of west leeds area

it can’t be more than 200 years old, but it’s weird how quickly things change;
Stanningley used to be Staningley
Owlcotes used to be Alcoates
Fulneck used to be Fallneck
Tyersal used to be Tiresall
Newlay used to be Newlaith
I wonder how we’ll be spelling them/what we’ll be calling them in another 100 years’ time
